Ingrdients:
All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Sooji (Ravva) - 1 cup
Ginger
Zeera
Green chilies
Salt
Water
Oil
Method:
- Mix both the flours and ravva with sufficient water (to get very thin and crispy dosa).
- Then add all the other ingredients mentioned above except oil.
- On hot skillet, pour some batter with ladle, starting from outside and going towards inside, in the form of a circle.
- Then sprinkle some oil and roast the dosa on both sides till its crispy.
- Serve with your favorite chutney or pickle.
