Ravva Dosa


Ingrdients:
All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Sooji (Ravva) - 1 cup
Ginger
Zeera
Green chilies
Salt
Water
Oil

Method:

  1. Mix both the flours and ravva with sufficient water (to get very thin and crispy dosa).
  2. Then add all the other ingredients mentioned above except oil.
  3. On hot skillet, pour some batter with ladle, starting from outside and going towards inside, in the form of a circle.
  4. Then sprinkle some oil and roast the dosa on both sides till its crispy.
  5. Serve with your favorite chutney or pickle.
P.S: Always mix the batter before pouring on skillet to avoid sedimentation of ravva.
