Raagi sangathi

Ingredients
  1. Rice - 1 cup
  2. Raagi Flour - 1 cup
  3. Water - 3½ cups
  4. Salt for taste
Procedure
  • Cook 1 cup of rise with 3 cups of water in cooker or directly in a thick bottom vessel, add salt for tase
  • After rice is cooked welll, str cooked rice well in a thick bottom vessel
  • Add ½ cup water and 1 cup raagi flour and stir well with a stick or back side of a big spoon
  • Keep it on low flame for 10 min and keep the lid on it
  • After 10 min make round balls and eat hot hot with any chutnies or gravy curries.
