Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Raagi Flour - 1 cup
- Water - 3½ cups
- Salt for taste
Procedure
- Cook 1 cup of rise with 3 cups of water in cooker or directly in a thick bottom vessel, add salt for tase
- After rice is cooked welll, str cooked rice well in a thick bottom vessel
- Add ½ cup water and 1 cup raagi flour and stir well with a stick or back side of a big spoon
- Keep it on low flame for 10 min and keep the lid on it
- After 10 min make round balls and eat hot hot with any chutnies or gravy curries.
