చికెన్ ఫ్రై

Ingredients
Chicken - 2 lb
Onion - 1(medium)
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
Yogurt - 2 tbls
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Cloves 3
Cinnamon 1 stick
Cardamom 2
Cashews 10
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil 3 tbls
Cooking Procedure
  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. Keep it in a cool place for 2 hours.
  2. Cook it with a lid until the chicken piece get soft and water dries off.
  3. Take oil in a non- stick pan, Add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and cashews and fry till cashews get light golden brown.
  4. Add chopped onion and fry till onions get light brown.
  5. Then add cooked chicken and fry in a low flame , add garam masala powder and fry till chicken piece get dry.
  6. At the end add chopped coriander leaves.
Additional Information
If you want you can add 2 tbls of dry coconut powder while frying the chicken.
