సమోసా పులుసు

Ingredients
Salmon Fish - 1.5 pounds
Peanut Oil - 1/2 cup
Onions 3(medium)
Green Chili - 5
Tomato (mediam size) 2
Ginger Garlic Paste -3 teaspoons
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 2
Coriander Powder - 3 teaspoons
Tamarind concentrate 3 - 4 tablespoons
Red Chili Powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoons
Coriander Leaves fistful
Salt to taste( 1/2 teaspoon approx)
Cooking Procedure
1.Cut onions into fine peices, cut green chilis lengthwise, Grind or mash the tomotos , crush and powder the Cloves + Cardamom.

2.Cut salmon into medium size pieces, wash them with lemon and salt water and keep aside. Mix 1.5 teaspoons garlic paste with 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1.5 spoon Coriander Powder and turmeric and the fish pieces . Make sure fish pieces a are well coated with the past and spices and keep aside for 15 min.

3.Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat, add green chilies and than add onions fry them till light brown, than add rest of the garlic paste,chili powder ,coriander powder and pinch of salt , wait for a minuet and then add fish pieces and fry for another 5 minutes. (do not stir very offen fishes may split into pieces).

4.Add ground tomato . To this add tamarind concentrate mixed in two cups of water( alternatively sock 1/4 pound raw tamarind into 2.5 cups of water and get the extract) Let it come to a boil, turn heat to low and cook for 15 min,.

4.Add Coriander Leaves and Cardamom and Clove powder stir once and cook for another 5 min, turn off the stove.

5.Leave the curry to cool for 20 min , that give very good taste to fish, Enjoy!
Additional Information
Best with hot plain white rice.
