Puliyogare

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp Puliyogare Mix (See "Pickles and Spice Mixes" section)
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind juice for taste.

Procedure
  1. Mix the cooked rice with the Puliyogare mix.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. You can add extra tamarind juice and mix if you
  4. need the dish to be more sour.
  5. Heat through and serve.
