Ingredients |
Eggs - 6 Onions - 2 small Green chilies - 4-5 Coriander leaves Tamarind - 1/2 small lemon size Tomatoes - 2 small Turmeric Chilli powder - 1/2 tb Salt to taste Ginger garlic paste Garam masala powder - 1/2 tb Oil - 5-6 tb |
Cooking Procedure |
1) First boil eggs for 20 mins on a medium flame,by the time chop onions and cut green chilies and cut tomatoes into small pieces. 2) Soak tamarind in some water to extract tamarind flavour. 3) Once if the eggs are boiled remove the layer and keep the eggs aside. 4) Take a bowl and put oil in it on a medium sized flame and put eggs in it and fry for some time so that taste will add. 5) After frying for some time take the eggs from the bowl and add onions and chillies in the bowl and fry until the onions turn light brown and later put tomatoes and fry until the juice from tomatoes come out. 6) Add chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic and garam masala powder and fry for some time and add turmeric powder and fry for some time. 7) After frying add the boiled eggs and fry for some time and add the tamarind liquid and let it be boiled for some time and turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and serve hot with white rice. |
Additional Information |
We will find a little breakage on the layer of the eggs then we can know that the eggs are perfectly boiled. |
